Hamraz Darugar
(Tehran - Iran, 1990)
Hamraz Darugar is an Iranian artist who lives and works in Milan. She graduated in visual arts in Tehran in 2008, before moving to Italy where she obtained a Master's Degree in Painting at the “Pietro Vannucci” Academy of Fine Arts in Perugia. Her artistic research focuses mainly on the study of the human body. In Hamraz's works, the human body is transformed into a field of expression, a territory through which profound reflections on humanity itself emerge. Through various artistic languages, the artist guides us on a journey that touches on essential themes of living. Hamraz Darugar has created numerous installations using different languages and expressive means. Her works have been presented in personal and collective exhibitions at:
